    For smaller items, we ship via USPS First-Class. Once your order leaves our facility, you can expect delivery within 1–5 business days. USPS provides a reliable and economical option for lightweight packages, ensuring timely delivery across the continental United States. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

  3. UPS Ground

    For medium-sized items weighing up to 70 lbs., we utilize UPS Ground shipping. With an estimated delivery window of 2–5 business days, this method ensures that your equipment arrives promptly and securely. UPS Ground is a trusted service for handling larger packages, offering detailed tracking and delivery confirmations. You'll receive your tracking number shortly after your order is processed and shipped.

  4. LTL Commercial Freight Curbside Delivery

    For larger, heavier items and equipment exceeding 70 lbs., we offer LTL (Less Than Truckload) commercial freight curbside delivery. This service is designed for oversized office machinery, such as copiers and printers, which require careful handling and transportation.

    • Transit Time: The estimated delivery timeframe is between 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. Once your order is processed, we will coordinate with our logistics partners to ensure the most efficient route and timing for your delivery. You will be contacted to confirm your shipping details and to schedule the delivery.

    • Delivery Details: This service provides curbside delivery only. The driver will lower your equipment to the ground at the curbside or the end of your driveway. Please note that you are responsible for moving the equipment from the curb to its final location, as well as for any necessary assembly. If you require specialized delivery options, such as inside or remote area delivery, additional charges will apply. We will inform you of these costs before finalizing your order.

    • Packaging: To guarantee safe and intact delivery, all equipment is meticulously packed using durable pallets and crates. We collaborate with logistics companies experienced in transporting sensitive office equipment, ensuring that your order arrives in pristine condition.

  5. Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.

    Printree Inc. offers international shipping services for customers located outside the continental United States, including territories such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. However, please be aware that additional shipping methods and freight charges may apply.

    • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs broker fees that are not included in or covered by the freight estimate provided during checkout. These fees vary by destination and will be billed separately by the respective authorities in your country.

    • Shipping Method: Depending on the destination, we may use a combination of air, sea, or ground shipping to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery. We will work with you to determine the best shipping method and provide a comprehensive shipping estimate.

    • Lead Times: International shipments typically have longer lead times due to customs clearance processes and varying transit methods. We will provide an estimated delivery date once your order has been shipped.

  6. Shipping Policy

    At Printree Inc., we prioritize the safe and timely delivery of your office equipment. All shipments are insured to protect against loss or damage during transit. Delivery lead times are estimates based on typical transit times provided by our shipping partners.

  7. Liability and Delays

    While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Printree Inc. is not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Acts of God (natural disasters, severe weather conditions, etc.)

    • Acts of government or civil authorities

    • Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation issues

    • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

    • Delays in obtaining necessary labor or materials

  8. In the event of a delay, the expected delivery date will be adjusted accordingly, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

  9. Upon Delivery

    We strongly recommend that customers inspect their shipment upon delivery to ensure it arrives in good condition. Before signing for the delivery:

    • a) Carefully inspect the exterior of the package for any visible damage. If there are no signs of damage, you may proceed to check the contents and sign the delivery receipt.

    • b) If you notice any significant damage to the packaging or equipment, please do not accept the shipment. Instead, document the damage with photos and videos, and notify Printree Inc. immediately. Do not unpack or dispose of the damaged crates or pallets, as they may be needed for inspection by the shipping carrier.

    • c) Any damage must be reported to Printree Inc. within 24–48 hours of receipt. Failure to report damage within this time frame may void your claim.

  10. Exchange and Replacement Policy

    Printree Inc. accepts exchanges within 10 days of delivery. During this period, customers should thoroughly test the equipment to ensure it operates as expected. If a replacement is necessary, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will guide you through the exchange process and arrange for the return of the original item.
