Returns & Exchange Policy
  • Customers are encouraged to test and inspect the machine within 10 days of delivery (the "Examination Period").
  • Eligible exchanges should be initiated within the Examination Period if a machine does not function as expected or has any defects.
  • Contact Printree Inc. customer service via the provided contact channels to initiate an exchange, providing a detailed description of the issue, supported by images or videos if necessary.
  • Return shipping costs may apply, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on part of Printree Inc. or the dealer.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched, with notifications and tracking information provided to the customer.

Step by Step Guide
Brand New Prodcuts
Printers, copiers, and copier accessories & parts in brand new condition are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, typically extending for one year from the date of delivery, covering both parts and service.
Pre - Owned Products
These products are backed by a 30-day 100% Parts and Labor Warranty from the date of the order. Any defects in parts will be rectified by Printree Inc., at no cost to the customer during this period. Consumables such as toners, drum units, developers, and fusers are not covered under this warranty.

Individual Sellers Policy

This warranty policy pertains to Printree Inc. as a dealer. It's important to note that individual sellers on the Printree platform have their own warranty policies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy


1. Standard Cancellation

Customers are entitled to cancel their order for copiers acquired from Printree Inc. The subsequent conditions and fees are applicable:

Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellations must be initiated within 30 days from the original purchase date.

Cancellation Fee: A restocking fee of 15% is applicable to all cancelled orders.

Return Shipping: All return shipping expenses, including insurance, are to be covered by the customer.

Condition of Returned Equipment: The copier should be returned in the same condition it was received, with all accessories included unless otherwise authorized by Printree Management.

Service Charges: Any service charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.


2. Non-Operational Copiers

In case the copier fails to operate as per the manufacturer's specifications, customers may opt for an exchange under the following terms:

Return Timeframe: Requests for exchange must be made within 6 months from the invoice date.

Return Authorization: Returns are only accepted with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Customer's Responsibility: Return shipping costs, inclusive of insurance, are to be borne by the customer.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% is applicable to all returns.


3. Delivery Rejection

Should the customer reject the delivery of the copier, the following conditions will apply:

Liability: Customers are liable for all invoiced charges, including any re-delivery or additional fees resulting from the rejection of delivery.


4. Payment Default or Contract Breach

In scenarios where a customer defaults on payment or breaches the contract, and discounts were applied, the following conditions will apply:

Forfeiture of Discounts: Customers will forfeit any applied discounts, and collections will be pursued based on the full price of the equipment.

Collection Fees: Collection fees and an annual interest of 5% (0.42% monthly) will be added to any outstanding balance on all collection accounts.


5. Lease Agreements

For copiers leased through Printree Inc., customers must acknowledge and accept installation for funding to be released to Printree Inc. If confirmation to the leasing company is refused by the customer, the balance is to be paid in full immediately.

6. External Contractors

When Printree Inc. engages external contractors, the same terms and conditions apply to these contractors as to Printree Inc. staff.

7. Provisions for International Sales

Sales shipped outside of the continental United States are regarded as "AS-IS" with NO WARRANTY. Customers are responsible for indemnifying Printree Inc. against any damages arising from the use of such equipment.


8. Maintenance Agreements

You can cancel your maintenance agreement with a 90 Day notification.
